Biography

Tim is a project manager and planning analyst with experience in program management, community planning initiatives, and projects requiring spatial analysis. He has worked directly for and on behalf of local governments to create, implement, and monitor policies for physical development and oversee community development initiatives. Tim has also prepared numerous system plans for transportation and public infrastructure.  His areas of expertise include public financial strategies, multimodal transportation planning, comprehensive planning, development review, and GIS data analysis and mapping.
