Biography

Rachel is a project manager with experience in comprehensive planning, community engagement, zoning administration, and development review. Her work includes managing and supporting long-range planning processes and providing technical assistance for development review. Rachel has worked directly for local governments and has extensive project management experience in long-range planning, zoning reform, and form-based code writing. Rachel brings a skillset in managing complex planning projects, designing inclusive engagement processes, consensus building, and creative problem solving.
