 Biography

Anna Lou is an environmental and urban planner with experience in comprehensive planning, green infrastructure planning, community engagement, and data analysis and visualization. She is skilled at collaborating among diverse stakeholders to develop inclusive strategies for economic growth and sustainable development. Anna Lou has expertise in downtown revitalization planning, affordable housing development, and policy analysis.  In her work, she aims to connect the natural and built environments to create green, livable communities that balance urban growth and environmental stewardship. Anna Lou likes to spend her free time outside in nature, whether it be for photography or backpacking trips.
