Biography
Alan’s experience includes overseeing and delivering projects and programs integrating issues of spatial analysis, community development, strategic thinking, transportation, and placemaking. He has managed numerous analytical projects, area and master plans, corridor studies, technical assistance programs, and economic and community development efforts. His work spans urban, suburban, small cities, and rural areas. Alan can orchestrate complex projects that involve both technical details and high-profile decision-making elements. He is an excellent communicator and has a successful record of accomplishment of building consensus around issues among project stakeholders, the public, and elected officials.
